My logo is more than just an image; it’s a symbol of transformation and potential. The intersecting arcs represent dynamic paths crossing, just like the journeys I walk with the people I work with. The starburst signifies that spark of realization, those “aha” moments when someone unleashes their genius. Altogether, it reminds me that every breakthrough is part of a Dynamic Exchange, developing potential together.
35+ years. Five continents. One consistent truth:
every person has more inside them than they've been told.
I am not defined by where I started. I grow through effort, accountability, purpose, and the decision to keep becoming.
I meet people where they are - mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually and help them move toward who they want to become.
In my thirties, I looked back at every job I had ever held and found one thread running through all of it: developing people was what I loved most and what I did best. The real shift came when I stopped treating that ability as something accidental and became intentional about it. That realization led me to start my first coaching firm in Houston, Texas, where I worked with small business owners and young entrepreneurs. I called the work "Unleashing Genius" and everything since has been proof.
Over the next thirty years, I carried that belief into construction sites, boardrooms, youth programs, and project facilities on five continents. No matter the setting, the goal stayed the same: leave people better than I found them.
In July 2026, I retired from Bechtel and moved to Florida to reconnect with my youngest brother and focus fully on the work I was always moving toward: three tracks, one philosophy, every person mattering.
The foundation of everything I believe about growth and development is this: to become a better leader, coach, mentor, parent, partner, friend, or neighbor, you must first become a better human being. Because who you are shows up in everything you do. You will never become a more impactful anything if you are not authentically that thing at your core.
Anthony E. BaldwinEvery person I work with, whether they're navigating troubled waters, counting down days to release, running a major project, or simply seeking personal growth, will end up somewhere. My aim is to make sure it's where they deserve to be.
Because genius doesn't wait until you're 40 to show up.
For men in correctional systems, or coming out of them who are ready to lead their own lives.
For anyone ready to stop coasting and start becoming.
Across more than a thousand testimonials, people consistently describe the same experience: thinking more honestly about their role as leaders, the power of their words and actions, and most importantly, who they want to be.

Leadership workshops, coaching sessions, and development experiences
The genius in a boardroom and the genius in a cell block look different on the outside. On the inside, they're asking the same questions. The difference is who is in the room with them.
Hasn't had enough adults model what purpose actually looks like. Doesn't need a pep talk. Needs a person, someone who shows up, doesn't flinch, and tells them the truth.
Has a release date. Doesn't have a plan. Not because he can't build one. Because nobody has ever sat across from him and helped him think about what he's actually worth.
Gets results. Has the title. But something's missing, and they know it. They're not stuck because they're incapable. They're stuck because people stopped being honest with them.
Growth lives on the other side of discomfort. I don't traffic in comfortable. I trade in honest, delivered with enough care that people can actually use it.
I've sat in enough workshops where nobody changed. The difference is always the same: did the facilitator actually care about this person? I do. Every time.
Not potential. Not promise. Actual genius, specific to who they are. My job is to help them find it, trust it, and use it. That's it.
Full presence is the most underrated tool in coaching. When someone knows you're actually in the room with them, not just performing, everything changes.
Whether you're looking for a coach, a workshop facilitator, or a partner for your organization's leadership work, let's talk.
