This is a new and exciting opportunity inspired by my good friend Jack L. Purpose is not a luxury. It's the thing that determines what a man does the day he walks back into the world. I want to work with these men and ensure they have the conversations that will help them reclaim their purpose.
Men inside correctional facilities often haven't had a single honest conversation in their lives about who they actually are, separate from what they've done.
I'm not there to pretend the past didn't happen. I'm not there just to motivate or inspire. I'm there to have the conversations that almost no one will have:
This work is for men who are incarcerated and ready to think seriously about who they are and who they're going to be. It's also for men in reentry, recently released, rebuilding, and in need of a real partner for that process.
You don't have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to have the conversation.
Facilitated group sessions delivered inside correctional facilities. These are real conversations about identity, purpose, and personal responsibility, not behavior modification programs. I show up as a peer, not a counselor. I've earned the right to be direct from past experiences. Building trust is a process. I will invest the time and energy to geth there with every individual I work with.
Designed for men in the 6โ12 months before their release date. Focused on transition planning, not just logistics, but identity. Who is he walking out as? What's the plan? What support systems exist? I want to build this bridge before the gate opens.
One-on-one coaching for men who have been released and are rebuilding. The transition out is when most men are most vulnerable, and when consistent, honest coaching can make the most difference. I am available for ongoing engagement post-release.
Access to correctional facilities requires partnership with facility administration and, often, with reentry organizations that already have established relationships inside. I am actively building those partnerships in Florida.
If you work for or with a correctional facility, a reentry program, or a nonprofit serving formerly incarcerated men, I want to talk to you. The logistics are workable. The need is urgent.
"What are you capable of? What do you owe yourself? What happens when you get out? These are the conversations that determine what a man does with the rest of his life. I'm here for that conversation."
AnthonyI am working to build relationships with organizations that have access to incarcerated and reentry populations:
Prospective partnership resources near Lakeland and across Central Florida. Links open official organization websites.
Track 2 programming is designed to be grant-eligible and can be structured to align with the funding requirements of foundations, government programs, and nonprofit sponsors focused on criminal justice reform and reentry support.
Funders looking to support evidence-based leadership and reentry programming in Florida are encouraged to reach out directly. I am building the infrastructure to receive and deploy grant funding responsibly.
